Update on my kitchen

Oh I am wishing I had never had the bloody thing put in what a nightmare it's been.

I rang them last week and told them that if they didn't have a fitting date and a date for delivery by the following day not to bother ringing me as I would be going to trading standards. They never rang.
I thought before I go to TS I would ring Mastercraft Kitchens of which Lifestyle Kitchens is part of. I told them what was happening and that was it up to them to make good what lifestyle hadn't. I said if it wasn't their place to do it I would be contacting TS.
Well low and behold the next day Lifestle rings me up telling me my worktop and bin were coming tomorrow and a fitter would call to put them in.

This isn't bad to say that last week she couldn't get me a bin and she said the worktop had been out of stock.
FOR 4 BLOODY MONTHS !!!!!! I don't think so.
Anyway we shall see what we see tomorrow.

She never mentioned anything about Mastercraft Kitchens but I bet they gave her a well and truley deserved bollocking. Ha Ha

Oh everything crossed that they turn up tomorrow Babs, this kitchen has been a nightmare for you and it's simply not good enough even if they DO turn up and finish the job, you ought a write to their mother company and tell them that the whole thing has made you I'll and you want compensation it's no less than you deserve my friend xxxxxx

Sal I will right to the mother company but I don't expect to get anything.All I ever wanted was my kitchen finished there are a couple of things that niggle me about it and a switch that wasn't put in that was in the contract so I will mention those. The switch was for the outside shed. Everytime it rains it blows all the fuses in the house, they were supposed to put a switch in that isolated it.
