All ready................

For the show, got everything boxed up and sitting in the hall ready to go in our Paulins car tomorrow. We are staying in the Campinal hotel right next to the dome so we can have a 6 o clock start putting the stall up. Well I have 2 this time so it's been twice as much work. I haven't got my clothes ready but that will take me about 5 minutes in the morning LOL

It seems the show was a huge success Sal, I think most people sold. I sold 3 dolls which was a complete surprise as I went with the thoughts of not selling any with it being a new venture. I did expect to sell some mohair as everyone was asking for it and it went well but I still have some for the Peterborough show. I sold Marie Auer, Maisie Winters and Seraphina Marx.
The feedback on facebook has been brilliant so much so that Lyn has already been in touch with the Dome to book the next show. They only had 2 dates left for this year and one of them was too near the October Peterborough show so she is booking for September 1st. She already has people wanting stalls so fingers crossed the next will be bigger and better. I only managed to take a couple of pics of my 2 stalls when I had set up and forgot all about it until it was virtually over and just snapped acouple from where I stood. If I can follow your instructions Sal I will try and put them on here.

I'm so glad the show was a success Babs - with things the way they are in the world at the moment it was a real gamble, but one that seems to have paid off and has been very highly spoken of where ever I have gone in our little world - so well done to Lynn, and to you for backing her 110% hun I hope I will be able to get myself there for the day on 1st September - and I hope you get a supplier this time too - I think having a good supplies seller on side will bring a lot more reborners there as everyone goes to shows to top up their supplies these days, if nothing else

Sal we did get a supplier, Reborn Supplies UK they are on Facebook. Marie and Dave worked so hard to supply most things. It's a venture they have been going to do and our show boosted them to really go for it. They borrowed off most of their family to buy supplies which we gave them a list of. They are a fabulous couple and couldn't thank us enough and have asked if they can be our main supplier for future shows. Their prices are very reasonable and if there is anything anybody wants they will do their best to get it for them. Lyn is going to suggest they have a day at Peterborough just to suss out the supplies of other suppliers to give them a better idea but a nicer couple you couldn't wish to meet.
I say bugger Tinks and simply reborn who turned down our show invite Marie and Dave worked their bloody socks off for us.

That's excellent Babs - I thought you didn't have a supplier, but its nice to know you have someone who will grow along side of the Doncaster show .... if they are ding supplies on ebay can you let me have their ID, or a link, and I'll buy from them ion there right now xxxxx
