Sentenced already

Well Caleb wasn't sposed to be sentenced till June 15th But the judge decided in the end that he didn't need physchiatrist reports, he accused him of lying to the jury and said he deliberately stabbed Tom ,causing his death, He got 14 years ,

I spose cos he got off with manslaughter he will serve half with good behaviour, They should biting back the death penalty for deliberate murder,

Do you know it makes me so mad when they get sentenced and they only do half the time. It stinks that they say less years for good behaviour. What the hell are they in for but to pay the price of their crime THEY SHOULD BE BLOODY GOOD. 14 years should MEAN 14 years, whats the point in giving them that long if they don't mean it.
It's like when they say life, it doesn't mean bloody life. I think prison should be hard labour too not a flipping holiday club. If it was hard labour and they had to do it they wouldn't comit crime again cos they wouldn't want to go back in. Makes my blood boil.
Angel you can now put this matter where it belongs in the trash can. I know it's going to be hard for your girl but she's young and hopefully she will eventually see him for what he is a waste of bloody space.

Best news I have heard today Angel, and no less than the lying bastard deserved if the judge wasn't impressed with him, and it doesn't sound like he was, he can recommend that even with good behaviour he has to serve his full term, or as many minimum years as the judge thinks appropriate, with a bit of luck that might have happened.
Dani is young and she will move on, taking calendar with her. Let's just hope her standards and values have improved and she won't be taken in by scum from here on out.
I hope you can all move away from this now Angel, it's not what any decent person wants to have to deal with, and most certainly NOT what you and Tony deserve. Praying that life will be far sweeter now for little caleb and that his guardian Angel can get on with the duty of just enjoying her great grandbaby xxxxxxx
