Well both me legs are full of pins and needles and ache like buggery, you can come and saw em off for me if you want Dont know what i've done but my neck arm and back all down my right hand side is killing me like pulled muscles. Maybe I did it coughing I dont know.
I thought I would have an hour on the bed with me feet up not that it will help. Now I have to let you know whats been going on here nightmare from elm street springs to mind.
Oh and Katie had to go to the hospital yesterday she was so lethargic. They said she had a severe bout of flu and was dehydrated so put her on a drip. Shes back home now but because she felt so ill she wasn't eating or drinking. dont think she's much better today.

Babs, you sure you have trapped a nerve in your upper spine coughing - tingling is usually either a nerve or poor circulation - but doubt that would occur in both legs at once

My throat is a bit swollen at one side so I think that could be my glands. I don't do myself any favours with the smoking but I honestly can't stopp and have given up trying. The coughing tends to hurt your muscles. The pins and needles I think is a circulation thing Sal. I'm In between a rock and a hard place as they say. I suffer with poor circulation cos I don't get enough excersize size but I can't excersize cos me bloody legs kill me. Anyway I have just treat myself on eBay and bought a Niagra massage pad they are very good quality and I think can cost about 4 hundred pounds new. I got mine for £65 and it was in Doncaster so Lyn collected it for me. I just have to get it from her now. I'm hoping to put my feet on it and improve circulation.

Ha ha pmsl at you 2. Our Pauline took me through to Lyn's today we had a lovely few hours with her. Went to the Dome where the doll show is being held to have a look round. There's ice skating, swimming and a gymnasium all being offered at reduced rates for sellers and buyers. Not that I will be doing it but handy if people have kids that come to the show. Lyn had me organising where we were having our stall LOL
Picked up my massager but its rattling the floor boards in the lounge so will have to have a think about putting it on the kitchen floor which is concrete or some such stuff.
