Bought a pair of

Wibbly wobbly trainers, the type that are supposed to train your muscles to work harder.
Walked into Port Erin on Friday, as have been virtually house bound with this dizziness , and thought that the wobbly trainers would cancel out my wobbly brain, and it seemed to work.........not to dizzy at all, now how does that work ??? !!!!

I've got a pair of those ...... but I can't wear them now with me gammy foot ..... they don't half made your muscles work though - although not sure how it stops you feeling dizzy Linda - maybe you just put more water in it than usual huni xxxxxxx

Will take a picture of them for you Maz and Babs, although they just look like ordinary trainers. They just somehow throw everything off balance and make your calf muscles work harder to maintain your stability. They're not really called wobbly wobbly trainers Babs, that was just my description of them ! If you google something like toning trainers then you make get something similar.
