Been shopping with my sister today in town. This flipping walking stick they have given me is killing my left wrist gripping it. I have been wearing my wrist support but it's not helping. I have an appointment to go back and try some differnt sticks on Wednesday if my feet and legs will let me.

I washed some mohair this morning ready for dying tonight but I can't stand on me legs so I will have to do it another day.
Well thats me moan over off for a quick catch up on the other forums and then get me feet up.

Well they have been a bit better today but feet are swollen with the weather. Done me mohair anyway and adjusted the stall canopy so it fits across two stalls instead of one. Oh and I have made 2 more sock monkeys so not a bad day all told.

I go on Wednesday foir it Maz, I might just ask if they have any feet while I'm there.

Paying the price for that chuffing assesment, been up since 3.45am.

I had to walk up and down the long room Sal and before that it was a distance from the carpark to walk. Daft when you think about it, the carpark should be right up to it not down the bloody street. Wish I'd taken me wheelchair now but I keep saying I will have to be really desperate to go in it. LOL.
Don't get me wrong I can walk it's just that later I suffer.
I have to get up Sal cos me legs and feet are like nagging toothache and I don't know where to put em.
Waiting to hear from the chronic pain clinic for an appointment but I know there's no magic pill.

I know your legs and feet - and back - have been giving you hip for years but I didn't realise that they had gotten so bad huni. Surely you should be getting more than just a blue badge, if you can't do stuff anymore, are dependant on others having to help you, and on constant chronic pain, you should sure,y be entitled to a bit of financial assistance to help you live more easily. I feel dreadfully that I Avnet realised just how difficult life can be for you my love xxxxxx

The legs are bad with toothache like pain Sal that never goes away. In bed it's BAD I don't know where to put them so I get up. The wheelchair I have had for about 2 years and I haven't used it yet. LOL. Cliff got the people out that give you help and I had some grab handles on the back door, a second banister on the stairs, a bath lift and the wheelchair. They said I could have a stair lift if I wanted. Cliff siad to get everything I could cos things could change and when I wanted them they wouldn't be giving them to you.
I don'y like the bath lift cos I like to lay down and relax in the bath and you can't do that with the lift in. Oh I got one of those bar things that helps you pull yourself up in bed but that went back cos I kept bumping me head on it. LOL. Well I'm batty enough.
I did put in for disabled living allowance but lost, when I appealed I had to go before a panel of judges and honestly it was sooooooo humiliating, I lost that too. I have recently put in for it again and I am waiting for the outcome of that.
Looks like I will have to cancel my appointment to change my stick tomorrow. Cliff was going with me but his mums still noyt right and he is stopping with her.
